**Summary**

If you have a keen eye for design and always have a finger on the pulse of the industry trends,

then we want to hear from you. Our firm is looking to hire a merchandiser to work at our HQ

who will be a part of a collaborative team of product & graphics designers, content creators,

editorial team, to name a few, while simultaneously liasoning with vendors and buyers.

Negotiation and communication are integral skills that are vital to the role as you will be working

through the lifecycle of products on the THoT website and beyond.

**Key Responsibilities**

1. Identify potential vendors and liaison with them to bring them into the THoT fold, while

maintaining and nurturing existing partnerships

2. Explore the external marketplace and related landscape in order to keep up with the latest

trends and styles that have a proximity to our business

3. Plan and develop merchandising strategies that balance customers’ expectations and

company’s objectives

4. Work on seasonal campaigns and creative editorials to construct a dynamic calendar for onsite merchandising

5. Responsible for on-time delivery of product launches, while simultaneously collaborating with

various teams and maintaining brand identity

**Skills & Requirements**

1. 1-2 years of experience working in merchandising, interior design, or e-commerce role a plus

2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a keen eye for design and aesthetics

3. Capable of collaborating with various teams, negotiating with buyers and vendors, while

keeping up with deadlines

4. Understanding business metrics, utilising quantitative learnings and implement CRM

strategies

5. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

6. Demonstrate resourcefulness, by being proactive and paying attention to detail
