2. Lead Management: Call & follow up leads generated through various channels such as databases, referrals, and marketing campaigns. You will be responsible for maintaining a database of leads and updating their status accordingly.

3. Property Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of the properties being marketed, including their features, location, pricing, and any other relevant details. This will enable you to effectively communicate the value proposition and unique selling points to potential customers.

4. Follow-Up: Conduct regular follow-up calls with potential clients to nurture relationships and address any additional questions or concerns they may have. Persistence and proactive communication are key to converting leads into sales.

5. Sales Targets: Work towards achieving or exceeding sales targets set by the company. This will require effective time management, goal setting, and a proactive approach to sales activities.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
