**Job Description: Kurti Quality Checker - Textile Products**

**Location**: Saroli, Surat
**Working Hours**: 9:30 AM to 7:30 PM
**Salary Range**: ₹18,000 to ₹20,000

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Inspect and ensure the quality of Kurtis, Sarees, and other têxtile products at various stages of production.
- Identify defects such as weaving, stitching, dyeing, or finishing issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Maintain and enforce quality standards in alignment with company policies.
- Record and report quality findings to the production team and management.
- Ensure the final product meets customer expectations and industry standards.
- Collaborate with production staff to improve processes and reduce defects.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Proven experience in quality control, preferably in the têxtile industry.
- Strong knowledge of fabric types, stitching, and finishing processes.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and under tight deadlines.
- Basic computer knowledge for maintaining quality reports.
