**The Opportunity**

**As part of the Cognitive Assessments practice team**, you will work on developing tools, instruments, tests that help people grow individually and collectively by diagnosing their current beliefs, attitudes, mindsets, etc.

These will be based on Indian philosophy and paradigm that 'human beings are essentially divine & have infinite possibilities in them'. Such a paradigm surpasses the idea that humans are limited in their potential of what they can do. It is also non-judgmental and doesn't focus on 'labeling' at the end of a self-discovery exercise.

Through the precision & depth of the self-discovery, you can impact the effectiveness & outcomes of an intervention and directly impact several thousands of people - individually and institutionally, across industries & strata of society.
