**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Business Development**:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand the company’s market presence.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to target potential clients and partners in alignment with company objectives.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- **Client Acquisition and Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure new business and manage client expectations.
- **Sales Strategy and Execution**:
- Create and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Track and analyze sales performance, including key metrics such as lead conversion rates, sales volume, and pipeline status.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional strategies and campaigns.
- **Partnerships and Networking**:
- Identify and establish strategic partnerships and alliances to enhance business opportunities.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to build brand awareness and generate leads.
- **Market Analysis and Reporting**:
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
- Prepare and present regular reports on business development activities, sales performance, and market insights to senior management.
- **Team Collaboration**:
- Work closely with other departments, such as marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment and support for business development efforts.
- Provide feedback to the product development team on client needs and market trends to influence product offerings and improvements.

**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA preferred).
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role, with a track record of achieving revenue targets.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics, sales strategies, and business growth techniques.
Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
