**Job Title: Experienced Telemarketer/Telesales Representative** females

**Reports To: Sales Manager**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Outbound Calls**:

- Initiate outbound calls to potential clients from provided lists or databases.
- Introduce our products/services, explain features and benefits, and address any inquiries.

2. **Lead Generation**:

- Identify and qualify potential leads through effective questioning and listening skills.
- Maintain a high level of product/service knowledge to engage prospects effectively.

3. **Sales Pitch**:

- Deliver compelling sales pitches to showcase the value proposition of our products/services.
- Overcome objections and build rapport to increase the likelihood of successful sales.

4. **Sales Targets**:

- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and quotas.
- Continuously strive to improve personal and team performance metrics.

5. **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients.
- Follow up with leads and maintain communication to nurture potential sales opportunities.

6. **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Accurately document customer interactions and update the CRM system.
- Generate regular reports on call outcomes, conversion rates, and other relevant metrics.

7. **Team Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with the sales team to share insights, strategies, and best practices.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and product knowledge.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience as a telemarketer or telesales representative.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales-related tools.
- Ability to handle rejection positively and persist in achieving goals.
- High school diploma; additional education or certifications in sales will be a plus.

**Working Conditions**:
The role involves making outbound calls from a designated workstation. Full-time positions are available, and working hours may include evenings and weekends based on business needs. Compensation includes a base salary along with performance-based incentives.

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- 6 months: 1 year (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Patiala, Punjab: Relocate before starting work (required)
