## Job Overview:
## Key Responsibilities:

- **Product Sourcing and Development**: Identify and source new products that align with market trends and customer preferences. Work closely with suppliers to ensure quality and timely deliveries.
- **Supplier Management**: Establish and maintain relationships with key suppliers to secure the best prices and payment terms. Negotiate contracts and ensure supplier compliance with company standards.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor stock levels to ensure optimal inventory, avoiding overstock or stock-outs. Collaborate with the warehouse and sales team for timely stock replenishment.
- **Trend Analysis**: Conduct market research and trend analysis to anticipate customer needs and recommend new product lines or updates to existing collections.
- **Pricing and Cost Analysis**: Analyze costs, set pricing strategies, and ensure profitability targets are met. Work with the finance team to establish budgets and cost structures.
- **Sales and Performance Analysis**: Track the sales performance of product lines and provide insights to the management team. Use data to make recommendations for future buying strategies.
- **Vendor Relations**: Collaborate with vendors to ensure quality and consistency in products. Address any issues promptly to maintain strong vendor relationships.

## Requirements:

- **Educational Background**: Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 2+ years of experience in buying, merchandising, or retail management, preferably within [industry or type of products].
- **Skills**: Strong negotiation skills, excellent analytical abilities, and proficiency in [mention software, e.g., MS Office, ERP, or any relevant buying software].
- **Attention to Detail**: Keen eye for quality, color, and trends to ensure product alignment with the brand.
- **Communication**: Excellent interpersonal skills to liaise with suppliers, internal teams, and stakeholders effectively.
