**Storyteller (Content Writer) - Associate**
- This is Not a JOB It is a Mighty MissionWe are sure you are very excited for this opportunity. So, what exactly will you be doing?The chief role of a storyteller is to write a content that people connect with. Tell stories that creates magic. Writers may not be the most visible people in the organization, but trust us when we say
- they are the most important.- You will write a content/story, which will stay and create an impact beyond time.- You will be creating Magic.
- You will be Creating a world where Repos is not only changing the energy distribution of the world but also impacting millions of lives on the planet through your words.
- You will be leading a path that has never been walked before, maybe be the next picasso.
- You will be a part of creating a global brand which is there in the top 3 brands of the world (Why Not?) Since we are into e-commerce of energy, the need for energy will never vanish. And it is our dream to create a brand where we stand for something larger than ourselves.
- You will be writing a story, research papers, energy world updates, and communicate through your content who we are and what we do
- You will be working closely with the Brand and Marketing head. Where
- you will be a part of the strategic- meetings where you are expected to take the brief of the- campaigns/creatives/stories, visualize and deliver the communication which our audience will connect with And Last- You will be changing the world and showing your magic (We know this for sure)
- Taking care of all the communications /brand language and tone that goes out on our digital assets or physical.
- Proofread copy to check spelling and grammar
- Ensure monthly calendars, detailed communication strategy from the briefs for the campaigns
- Collaborate with our internal teams to manage the planning, creation, and delivery of original content on various platforms.
- Remembering that the best creatives are always the ones which helps in selling the product/Service because “if your copy doesn’t’t sell, it is not creative” (of course someone said it before us)
- Constantly working on the Brand image building and communicating to the world who we are and what we stand for, consistently. (YES It's not a one-time work)
- Thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts
- Working with the design team to getting your copy to life and taking regular feedbacks from the brand head
- 4+ years as a leader of writer’s team, preferably in the fields of marketing and brand campaigns
- An efficient administrator: Excellent team management/team recruiting abilities (if you need team members)
- Planning and scheduling your work, structured working style (As creativity without structure is a mess). We love sincere artists
- A good psychologist who knows what people(team/customers) think and want.
- Willing and able to set high standards and a Mastery over execution (Ideas without action and execution are a delusion)
- Capable of strategic thinking ‘ -positioning ’and all that. The ability to think creatively and provide a solution through copies
- Research-minded: researching the new trends in the design world and how to communicate effectively through design
- A good teacher, leader and a good recruiter. (you will have to build your team of Picasso’s)
- A good presenter. Your communication skills should not only be good but it should cast a spell on people. Because we would love to see your conviction in your designs and your storytelling skills through your designs
- Your mindset and ability to agile and adapt to change as we are a startup who is on the way to change the world.
- Obsessive curiosity about products, people and brand building.
- A sense of humor and carrying enthusiasm to work, everyday
- A hard worker - and fast (yes we believe in giving everything we have and also meeting our deadlines)
- The passion and ambition to come up with out of the box ideas.
