**Position**:
RPA Solution Architect

The RPA Solution Architect is an integral part of the RPA development organization. The Solution Architect will be responsible for analysing business processes and identifying/implementing automation solutions.

**Location**: Trivandrum

**Position**: Fulltime/On Rolls

**Required**: 10+ years of IT SDLC development, 5+ years of Robotic Process Automation, 5+ years in an IT leadership role

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Analyse business process, identify automation opportunities, assess feasibility
- Analyse, understand and document the business processes in detail as required
- Develop Current State & Future State process flows
- Identify and communicate the technical infrastructure requirements to deploy RPA solutions
- Configure new RPA processes and objects using core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable and easy to understand using Automation Anywhere
- Create and maintain solution documentation
- Troubleshoot issues that arise in routine operations of Client's RPA processes, provide timely responses and solutions as required.
- Work within project planning constraints, communicate identified project risks and issues to the delivery/project manager accordingly and provide inputs to the change control process.
- Create and document test procedures and scenarios for the pre-UAT phases
- Support Operational Teams during UAT and rollout

**Qualifications**:

- Proven technical experience in an IT programming development environment in **Automation Anywhere**
- Hands-on development experience in any of the programming languages/platforms -.NET / VB / VC++ / C++ / J2EE - experience on Microsoft stack preferred
- Experience in new development projects
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office - MS Excel, MS Visio, MS Access, MS Word, MS PowerPoint
- Experience in Test Driven (TDD) development
- Hands-on experience in SAP ECC, S4HANA, Digital Supply Chain Applications is preferred
- Strong in requirement gathering and analysis - structured, methodical, inquisitive, analytical
- Strong in design principles and modular programming techniques
- Ability to lead a team business analysts, developers and testers to implement automation solutions independently
- Ability to understand the business process and create process flow diagrams.
