**OB DESCRIPTION -**Export Sales and Marketing
The Export Sales and Marketing Specialist is responsible for driving international sales growth and expanding market presence through strategic planning, relationship building, and effective marketing strategies. This role involves understanding global market trends, identifying potential clients, developing customized marketing initiatives, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful export transactions.
**Market Research and Analysis**:Conduct comprehensive research on international markets, identifying trends, competition, and potential target regions.
Analyze market data to develop sales strategies, pricing structures, and positioning strategies for export products.
**Client Development**:Identify and establish relationships with potential international clients, distributors, and partners.
Attend international trade shows, exhibitions, and conferences to network and promote products.
**Marketing Strategy**:Develop and execute tailored marketing plans for different international markets, considering cultural, linguistic, and regional preferences.
Create marketing collateral, including product brochures, presentations, and digital content.
**Sales and Negotiation**:Handle the end-to-end sales process, including lead generation, presentations, proposals, negotiations, and closing deals.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve export sales targets and contribute to overall company revenue goals.
**Export Compliance and Documentation**:Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and export laws.
Coordinate with logistics and legal teams to manage export documentation, customs requirements, and shipping processes.
**Relationship Management**:Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients, distributors, and partners.
Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
**Cross-Functional Collaboration**:Collaborate with production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of export orders.
Provide input to product development based on international market feedback.
**Reporting and Analytics**:Monitor and analyze export sales performance against targets, identifying areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
Prepare regular reports on export sales activities, market trends, and competitor analysis.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in export sales, international business, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of global market trends, cultural nuances, and international business practices.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, including fluency in English, Need to generate leads.
**QUALIFICATION**: Diploma / Degree in Textile, Cosmatic,Paints,Loundary
Should have the knowledge of MS-Office.
**EXPERIENCE**: 2-3 YRS OF EXPERIENCE
**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
