Counseling Psychologist

**Responsibilities**:
1. Conducting assessments to evaluate the client's symptoms, behaviors, and mental health.

2. Developing treatment plans based on the assessment, including specific goals and interventions.

3.Providing therapy sessions to clients, either in-person or via telehealth, using various techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, exposure therapy, and dialectical behavior therapy.

4. Monitoring the client's progress throughout the treatment process and adjusting the treatment plan as needed.

5. Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated care.

6. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of the client's treatment progress, including treatment plans, session notes, and assessments.

7. Engaging in continuing education to stay up-to-date with the latest research and techniques in the field.

**Qualifications**:
1. Masters in Psychology from an accredited institution

2. 0-2 years of experience in counseling psychology

3. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients

4. Knowledge of counseling psychology theories, techniques, and practices

5. Ability to develop and implement treatment plans based on clients' needs and goals

6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills

7. Strong organizational and time-management skills

8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team

9. Strong ethical and professional standards

Must be willing to commute/relocate
