Executive Chef

**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute a creative and diverse menu featuring burgers, sandwiches, wraps, and fried chicken dishes that appeal to our target audience.
- Oversee all aspects of food preparation, including recipe development, portion control, and presentation, ensuring adherence to quality standards and food safety regulations.
- Lead and mentor kitchen staff, including sous chefs, line cooks, and prep cooks, providing guidance, training, and feedback as needed.
- Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies and ingredients as needed to meet kitchen demands while minimizing waste and controlling costs.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, ensuring compliance with sanitation standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies for increasing efficiency, productivity, and profitability in the kitchen.
- Monitor and analyze kitchen performance metrics, such as food costs, labor costs, and customer feedback, and make adjustments as needed to achieve business goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new ingredients, and cooking techniques, and incorporate them into menu development and kitchen operations.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork, communication, and professional development among kitchen staff.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef in a high-volume restaurant or cafe environment, with a focus on burgers, sandwiches, wraps, and fried chicken.
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification from a recognized culinary institute.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate kitchen staff to achieve culinary excellence.
- Extensive knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and flavor profiles relevant to burger, sandwich, wrap, and fried chicken dishes.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, with excellent multitasking and time management skills.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations, with a commitment to upholding highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and kitchen management software is a plus.
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
