**Job Title: Product Technician - Kitchen and Wardrobe Hardware**

**About Us**: We at Inque (KUBIK), are manufacturers of Modular Furniture like kitchen and wardrobes. we have a pan india presence through our rich dealer network.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**On-Site Supervision**:Lead and supervise on-site installations of kitchen and wardrobe hardware, ensuring adherence to technical specifications and quality standards.
Provide hands-on guidance to installation teams and address technical queries.

**Technical Drawing Interpretation**:Read and interpret technical drawings related to kitchen and wardrobe hardware installations.
Clearly communicate technical details to installers and designers, fostering a shared understanding of project requirements.

**AutoCAD and MS Office Proficiency**:Utilize AutoCAD for reviewing and modifying technical drawings as needed.
Effectively use Microsoft Office tools for documentation, reporting, and project coordination.

**Stakeholder Coordination**:Collaborate closely with interior designers, architects, clients, and contractors to ensure seamless communication and coordination throughout the installation process.
Address and resolve any technical or coordination issues that may arise during installations.

**Client Communication**:Act as a primary point of contact for clients during installations, providing updates on progress and addressing any concerns.
Ensure a positive client experience through effective communication and problem-solving.

**Quality Assurance**:Conduct thorough inspections to ensure that completed installations meet the specified standards and design requirements.
Implement quality control measures to enhance overall customer satisfaction.

**Documentation and Reporting**:Maintain detailed records of installation processes, technical modifications, and project updates.
Provide regular reports to the project management team and stakeholders on project progress.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
2-3 years of experience in kitchen and wardrobe hardware installations.

Educational background in carpentry, interiors, or mechanical engineering.

Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings accurately.

Excellent coordination and collaboration skills with various stakeholders.

Problem-solving aptitude and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
