Education Details : Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field
Job Responsibilities: - At CL-8&9 - Lead a team of retirement specialists in providing high-quality retirement planning and investment management services to clients.
Develop and implement strategies for acquiring and retaining clients.
Establish and maintain relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction, retention, and growth of the business.
Conduct regular team meetings to review performance metrics, share best practices, and develop action plans for continuous improvement.
Providing coaching, training, and mentoring to the team leads to develop their skills and expertise.
Collaborate with Internal departments and operations, to ensure the successful execution of business objectives.
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the retirement planning and investment management landscape, including industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements.
Conduct periodic reviews of client accounts to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
Prepare and present reports to senior management on team performance, client satisfaction, and business metrics.
CL-10 - Experience in the US retirement industry ;
Experience using Omni or any other Record Keeping platform (preferred)
Open core Night shifts based on business requirements
Experience in the US retirement industry

Good verbal & written communication skills in English / Good typing skill
Process incoming contributions for assigned clients\transactions. Includes;
Manual formatting nonstandard payroll files received (large data), excellent excel skills, data formatting, text to column de-limit. Analytical skills to separate out various contribution sources
Suspense resolution, research and match contributions that don’t auto match to a source
Resolve errors from a remittance file and review reports prior to posting
Individual contributions - Create deposit TSA/ TPA others, based on contribution received from Lockbox, Wire, ACH, Cheques
Ensures all items are processed and\or resolved in a time. Supports business in audit processes.
Complies with all client policies, procedures, and Federal/State/Local regulations and escalates issues to the management.
