**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into ERPNext solutions.
- Configure and customize ERPNext modules to align with business processes.
- Conduct system testing and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance.
- Provide training and support to end-users for effective system utilization.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to ERPNext configurations and processes.
- Work closely with the IT team to integrate ERPNext with other business systems.
- Stay updated with the latest ERPNext features and updates to recommend improvements.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in implementing ERPNext or similar ERP systems.
- Strong understanding of business processes and workflows.
- Proficiency in Python and JavaScript for customization and scripting.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
