Action board's product lines are growing rapidly and we're looking for a passionate Programmer to help us build the future of finance.

**THE OPPORTUNITY**

We’re looking for a young and driven programmer who is inspired to build great products. You have a meaningful experience writing production quality code, apart from the ability to understand what we are building and interacting with product managers.

As a Programmer, you’ll be working on development on one of the core modules of Action board as they evolve, solving deeply technical problems using the most appropriate tools for it in addition to gaining in-depth domain knowledge.

**THE SKILL SET**
- 2 to 3 years of software engineering experience as an individual contributor at any cloud software companies with a track record of delivering software with high business impact
- Strong experience in full-stack Ruby on Rails is preferred.
- Moderate experience in JavaScript is preferred
- A good understanding of software architecture and development practices
- An awareness of understanding of the needs of enterprise customers, ideally in the realm of organization settings/configuration and access permissions
- Ability to help Junior Developers in providing them short-term technical direction and setting them good example of Senior Developers should be.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Deliver new features and projects within Action board's engineering organization.
- Document domain knowledge in our shared Knowledge base to ease onboarding of new developers and product team.
- Make sure your hold yourself accountable to the “metrics” (i.e. the measures of how well we’re doing).
- Take ownership of the module you are assigned.
