**Job description of Team Member**
Being an experience person in the same industry, you take on additional responsibilities beyond those of a regular team member and often help in supervising and training junior staff.

**Job Title: Team Member**
**Job Summary**:
You are a pivotal team member responsible for providing exceptional customer service, supervising, and assisting junior staff, ensuring the efficient operation of the restaurant, and contributing to a positive dining experience for patrons.
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Customer Service:
- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills by providing a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
- Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and recommendations as needed.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and efficiently.
2. Supervision and Training:
- Assist in the training and onboarding of new service crew members.
- Provide guidance and support to junior staff during their shifts.
- Ensure that junior staff adhere to company policies and standards.
3. Order Management:
- Oversee order processing, ensuring accuracy, and timely delivery to customers.
- Address any issues or discrepancies with orders promptly.
4. Cash Handling and Reporting:
- Ensure the accurate handling of cash transactions, whenever you handle cash
- Reconcile cash registers at the beginning and end of shifts.
- Prepare daily or shift-end reports as required.
5. Quality Control:
- Monitor food preparation and presentation to ensure it meets company quality standards.
- Conduct quality checks on outgoing orders for accuracy and presentation.
6. Cleanliness and Maintenance:
- Ensure the restaurant's cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained.
- Coordinate with the cleaning crew to ensure all areas are clean and presentable.
- Notify maintenance team, in case of any equipment repair or malfunction
7. Inventory and Stock Management:
- Assist in managing inventory levels and restocking supplies as needed.
- Notify management of low stock
- Keep the record up to date
8. Promotions and Upselling:
- Promote special promotions and upsell items to customers.
- Suggest add-ons to enhance the customer's dining experience.
9. Compliance and Safety:
- Ensure all staff members follow food safety regulations and health standards.
- Enforce company policies regarding food handling, safety, and cleanliness.
- Must use safety materials like Hairnet, Hand Gloves and Mask while at work.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in hospitality mandatory, restaurant management, or a related field (preferred).
- 2 Years of Previous experience in the fast-food or QSR industry
- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations, health standards, and financial management.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
