**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Campaign Management**: Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to drive traffic, conversions, and ROI.
- **Bulk Uploads**: Utilize Google Ads Editor to efficiently upload and manage large sets of campaigns, ad groups, ads, and keywords.
- **Performance Analysis**: Monitor and analyze campaign performance data, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.
- **A/B Testing**: Develop and implement A/B tests for ads, landing pages, and other campaign elements.
- **Budget Management**: Monitor and manage campaign budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to meet objectives.
- **Reporting**: Generate detailed reports on campaign performance and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- **Compliance**: Ensure all campaigns adhere to Google Ads policies and industry regulations.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the broader marketing team to align campaign strategies with overall business goals.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Google Ads, including significant experience with Google Ads Editor.
- **Skills**: Proficiency in bulk uploads, keyword research, bid management, and A/B testing.
- **Tools**: Strong understanding of Google Ads Editor, Google Analytics, and other relevant tools.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,729.16 - ₹25,118.97 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

Work Location: In person
