**Responsibilities**:

- Install, configure, and upgrade Oracle databases.
- Monitor database performance and proactively identify and resolve issues.
- Implement security measures to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the data.
- Develop and implement backup and recovery strategies.
- Perform database tuning and optimization.
- Develop and implement disaster recovery plans.
- Participate in database design and schema changes.
- Write and maintain database documentation.
- Troubleshoot database issues and provide technical support.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 7-9 years of experience as an Oracle DBA.
- Proficiency in Oracle Database 11g/12c/18c/19c.
- Experience with database backup and recovery techniques.
- Knowledge of Oracle RAC, Oracle Data Guard, and Oracle Enterprise Manager.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting.

**Education**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
