Rainbow CBSE School, Nellore, looking for a highly organized and efficient individual to join our team as a **Secretariat Personal for the Director**.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
1. **Administrative Support**: Assist the Director in managing daily administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and preparing reports.

3. **Documentation**: Maintain and organize important documents, files, and records related to school operations, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.

4. **Event Coordination**: Coordinate special events, workshops, and conferences as directed by the Director, including logístical arrangements and participant communication.

5. **Travel Arrangements**: Arrange travel accommodations, itineraries, and logistics for the Director and other staff members as needed.

6. **Meeting Support**: Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items for meetings chaired by the Director.

7. **Information Management**: Compile, analyze, and present data as requested by the Director to support decision-making and strategic planning.

8. **Adherence to Policies**: Ensure compliance with all relevant school policies, procedures, and regulations.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a similar administrative role, preferably in an educational institution.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work independently with mínimal supervision.
