**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a talented and creative Social Media Executive to join our team at EaseMyTrip. As a Social Media Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies to enhance our online presence, engage with our target audience, and promote our services as an online travel agency (OTA). You will play a crucial role in managing our social media platforms, creating compelling content, and driving customer engagement and loyalty.

- Develop and execute innovative social media strategies to increase brand awareness, attract new customers, and drive traffic to our OTA platform.
- Manage and maintain our social media accounts, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn, ensuring consistent and engaging content.
- Create and curate high-quality, visually appealing content, such as images, videos, and infographics, that aligns with our brand and resonates with our target audience.
- Monitor and analyze social media trends, audience preferences, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages promptly, and foster meaningful interactions to build a strong online community.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media activities with overall marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Utilize social media management tools like HootSuite and analytics to track performance, generate reports, and provide insights for optimizing future strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging social media platforms, and best practices to ensure we remain at the forefront of social media marketing in the travel industry.
- Identify and leverage influencers, brand ambassadors, and partnerships to amplify our social media reach and generate user-generated content
- Stay informed about relevant regulations, guidelines, and policies governing social media marketing to ensure compliance.

- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role, preferably in the travel industry or OTA sector
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, their features, and best practices for effective engagement and content creation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and engaging content.
- Proficiency in using social media management tools, analytics platforms, and content creation software.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for visual design and storytelling.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Passion for travel and a good understanding of the OTA industry.
