**Qualifications and Skills**
- A strong academic background in the relevant field.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively deliver lectures and engage students.
- Previous teaching experience, preferably in coaching institutes or educational institutions, is desirable.
- Passion for teaching and the ability to inspire and motivate students towards achieving their goals.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to work with diverse groups of students.
- Proficiency in using technology tools and software for teaching and learning purposes.
