CUSTOMER SUPPORT ENGINEER (CSE) / Sales Engineer
Key Responsibilities:
- 2 Years Experience in Hydraulic Seals or Relevant Industustry such as Bearings, Tools,etc
- Searching for new customers that could benefit from company products or services and maximizing customer potential in designated regions.
- Traveling to visit potential customers.
- Establishing new and maintaining existing long-term rapport with customers.
- Managing and interpreting customer requirements listening to clients and using astute questioning to understand, anticipate and exceed their needs.
- Persuading customers that a product or service will best satisfy their needs in terms of quality, price, and delivery.
- Calculating customer quotations.
- Negotiating tender and contract terms, to meet both customer and company needs.
- Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing on terms and conditions.
- Offering after-sales support services.
- Administering client accounts.
- Analyzing cost and sales.
- Preparing monthly reports for principles.
- Meeting regular sales targets.
- Recording and maintaining client contact data.
- Coordinating sales projects.
- Supporting marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events.
- Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education.
- Performing technical presentations and demonstrating how a product will meet customer needs.
- Liaising with other members of the sales team and other technical experts.
- Solving customer problems.
- Providing training and producing support material for other members of the sales team.
- Preparation of Visit plan prior for the month ahead and strict adherence to the same.
- Submission of Actual Monthly report to the Territory Manager on concurrence from the Director of the Organization.
- Regular follow-up on the Quote submitted to the customer.
- Detailed report submission on a weekly basis briefing the actual visit, visit plan for week ahead, quotes submitted, and necessary action to be taken.
- Achievement of Business plan & growth target
- Payment reminders and follow-up on issues raised on bills submission to be taken care with the help of an Accountant.
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹31,000.00 per month
