**3. Duties**:

- Responsible for all statutory and legal compliance, maintain CS & RBI records.
- Preparation of all statutory registers, forms, certificates etc
- Company Secretarial activities - Notice, Agenda, Minutes of meeting & Various filings with MCA,
- FEMA compliances relating to FDI, accounting & reconciliations.
- Preparation of documents required for the Incorporation of a Company.
- Fulfilment of related compliance including the filing of forms, as required.
- To liaison with various departments such as Registrar of Companies, Trade Mark Registry etc.
- Ensuring the security of the company's legal documents, including for example, the Certificate of Incorporation and Memorandum and Articles of Association.
