️**Role Description**:
This is a full-time remote role for an Ecommerce and Marketplace Executive at Baheri Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. You will play a pivotal role in managing our online sales channels, optimising product listings, and enhancing our presence on various e-commerce platforms. You will be responsible for creating strategies to increase revenue, improve customer experience, and drive brand recognition across multiple online marketplaces.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- 1.Marketplace Management:_
- Manage and optimize product listings on various e-commerce platforms, such as Amazon, eBay, Walmart, etc.
- Monitor inventory levels, pricing, and product availability to ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers.
- Keep up-to-date with marketplace policies and best practices to maintain compliance and stay ahead of the competition.
- 2. Ecommerce Strategy:_
- Develop and execute strategies to increase sales and brand visibility on e-commerce channels.
- Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement marketing and promotional campaigns that drive traffic and sales.
- 3. Data Analysis and Reporting:_
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to online sales, conversion rates, and customer reviews.
- Generate regular reports to assess the effectiveness of e-commerce efforts and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- 4. Customer Experience Enhancement:_
- Work on enhancing the customer shopping experience by optimizing product images, descriptions, and reviews.
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- 5. Competitive Research:_
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to adapt strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and threats in the e-commerce landscape.
- 6. Quality Assurance:_
- Ensure the accuracy of product listings, pricing, and content across all e-commerce platforms.
- Implement quality control measures to maintain brand consistency and reputation.
**Qualifications**
- Experience with Ecommerce and Marketplace platforms, such as Amazon, Walmart, and eBay
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive business decisions
- Experience with product management, vendor management, price analysis, and customer acquisition and retention strategies
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Experience with Google Analytics, SEMRush, and other analytics tools is a plus
- Experience with B2B and B2C business models is a plus
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and excel in a fast-paced environment
