**Responsibilities**:

- To ensure compliance to all cGMP, GXP or any other requirements, including EHS requirements.
- To execute manufacturing/ production plan against committed schedule for manufacturing/ production section.
- To handle product as per respective BMR/BPR.
- To be responsible for shift operations and meeting shift outputs.
- To maintain facility and hygiene.
- To execute documentation related to production and ensure their strict implementation as per GDP SOP.
- To be responsible for activities that may be assigned by superior from time to time.
- To report unsafe condition and unsafe behaviors on machines.
- To monitor and improve yields of the products.
- To monitor and improve the machines hours and labor hours per batch for each product.
- To take overall responsibility for area and equipment assigned to them.
- To ensure right first-time documentation and strict adherence in GDP SOP.
- To report any quality/ safety concerns and active involvement in case of noncompliance.
- To maintain the equipment for cleanliness and smooth operations, and to provide timely updates to concern officer for any maintenance related works
- To maintain OEE and plant cycle time, identification of improvement opportunities and timely updating to HOD for any suggestions / improvement.
- To handle and reconcile stereos as per required SOP.
- To perform batch changeovers with predefined timelines and to maintain machine change parts as per SOP.
- To perform SAP transactions related to batch packing.
- To handle waste and maintain housekeeping in area as per respective SOP.
- To complete self-training on the relevant SOPs for production section.
- To perform line clearance for respective equipment/area as per respective SOP and BPR.
- To enforce and maintain high degree moral, discipline and technical expertise of the team for production section.
- To perform revisions of SOP’s as and when required.
- To suggest upgradation and automation of systems and equipment’s for production section.
- To ensure calibration of all packing equipment as per calibration schedule.
- To deliver the training at site on GMP topics, SOPs, and other technical topics.
