The Safety Master, a leading provider of safety solutions, is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales efforts and contributing to the growth of the company. **Responsibilities**:
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.

Identify and prospect new customers through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our safety solutions.

Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to provide comprehensive customer support and ensure smooth sales operations.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

Prepare and deliver sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals in a timely manner.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, including customer information, sales activities, and pipeline management using CRM software.

Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and events to represent the company and promote our products and services.

Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to the management team.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in a B2B sales environment.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and negotiate effectively.

Excellent presentation skills and the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.

Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Knowledge and understanding of safety products, regulations, and industry standards is highly desirable.

Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage customer relationships and sales activities.

Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.

Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹9,342.47 - ₹37,890.46 per month
