**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales Target Achievement**:
- Meet or exceed the monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets assigned.
- **Customer Acquisition**:
Identify, approach, and onboard new clients through field visits, cold calling, and sales presentations.
- **Field Work**:
Conduct regular field visits to prospective and existing clients, pitching products and solutions tailored to their needs.Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.Stay informed about the company’s products and services, as well as competitor offerings, to effectively address customer needs and objections.Prepare daily/weekly reports on sales activities, leads, and progress toward sales targets. Report market and customer feedback to the sales management team.Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and partnerships.Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with customers to successfully close sales deals.Gather and analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and customer insights to identify new opportunities for business growth.Ensure all sales activities comply with the company’s policies and procedures, including accurate documentation of sales orders and contracts.**Qualifications**:

- **Skills**:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Driving license and willingness to travel frequently.**Key Competencies**:
