Technician (Mst)

**Educational requirements : ITI Certificate - ELECTRICIAN / DIESEL / AC**

**Role Responsibility**
- Respond in a timely manner to verbal and written requests
- Assist with monthly reports
- First point of contact for the engineering supervisor
- Carry out multi skilled activities within the engineering remit
- Control of sub-contractors PPM visit
- Willingness to undertake OOH working (Weekends and Evenings) Optional
- Manage and maintain the asset register updating when required
- Be part of the OOH emergency on call team
- Be proactive in new innovations and improved systems
- Be fully aware of the contract requirements for variable and managed works
- Responsibility of maintaining and being proactive with the BMS system
- Ensure all KPI’s are completed
- Responsible for site vehicles safety, completing weekly vehicle checks and reporting any issues
- Responsible for managing and issuing permits for all contractors working within the Building
- Participate with the on-site/external training as an when required

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
