Executive to CEO's Office

Assist & coordinate the strategy planning exercise
- To monitor tasks delegated by CEO to ensure that the task is achieved to agreed deadlines
- Coordinating with different department teams to ensure project deliverables & assist the CEO with MIS
- Creating reports, documents and developing presentations as per requirement
- Recording minutes of meetings and effective end-to-end follow-up for closure of actionable points as per the directions of the CEO
- To acts as a liaison between CEO and employees.
- Anticipate, prioritize and prepare a schedule for itinerary, meetings and presentations of the CEO.
- Prepare internal and external corporate documents for team members and industry partners.
- Arrange corporate events to take place beyond the head office.
- Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents.
- Minimum of 3 years related work experience.
- Must have a highly professional and pleasant appearance. Able to be a good team player work as part of the team.
- Must have discretion and trustworthiness. Should be able to maintain confidentiality.
- An Executive Assistant is expected to be highly self-motivated, professional, capable of managing work load and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced corporate environment working directly with CEO.
- Possess excellent organizational skills.
- Must have strong decision making and problem solving skills.
- Must have excellent verbal and written English Communication skills.
- Must be able to be proactive and take the initiative to work with mínimal guidance.
- An Executive Assistant should have good analytical and logical reasoning skills.
- Must have hands on experience of all Office administrative functions.
- Minimum a graduate with good academic record. Must have secured at least 60% marks at the graduation level. Post graduate qualifications like an MBA will be a plus.
- Must have high proficiency in Microsoft Office programs to include: MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook, and MS Excel.
