Key Responsibilities:*
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to inform them about our immigration services.
- Handle inbound calls and respond to client inquiries regarding immigration processes.
- Provide detailed and accurate information about various immigration programs.
- Maintain and update customer databases with information and interactions.
- Schedule consultations and follow-up appointments for potential clients.
- Address customer complaints or concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹8,000 - ₹10,000per month
