Dog Handler

**Position

**Experience**:Prior experience in dog handling, dog sitting or professional dog company preferred

**Qualifications**:PUC/Diploma

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Dog handling, engagement & care
- Engage in daily activities, exercises and play as per the routine given
- Monitoring dogs during assigned play and socialization times to prevent accidents or injuries and promptly report incase of any injury, accident or medical issues
- Carry out swimming activities keeping in mind the safety precautions and SOPs given by the company
- Cleaning after the dogs and ensuring their surroundings are not littered at any given point in time
- Carry out daily hygiene routine of dogs including but not limited to wiping, cleaning, brushing etc. as per the given SOPs
- Carry out medication for guest dogs as per instructions and inputs given by the supervisors ensuring complete safety and comfort of the guest dogs
- Carry out dog feeding as per schedule and routine of individual guest dogs taking all necessary precautions such as allergic components, diet restrictions etc.
- Requesting medical refills as and when needed
- Proactively monitor dogs while at play to ensure no fights break out and keep the supervisors informed of any change in dog behavior
- Proactively monitor any change in dog’s health and raise concern to the immediate supervisors for necessary actions to be taken
- Attend and participate in all required training sessions
- Maintain open and consistent communication with colleagues & supervisors
- Able to work evenings, weekends and all holidays
- Able to react to change productively and perform other related duties as assigned
- Able to work in a high volume, fast paced, high stress environment
- Shouldn’t be scared of dogs and should be empathetic towards them

**Salary**: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
