**Job Title**: SEO Executive

**Job Overview**:
The SEO Executive plays a crucial role in driving organic traffic to the company's website through search engine optimization strategies. This role involves keyword research, on-page optimization, content optimization, link building, and performance monitoring to improve search engine rankings and increase visibility.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Keyword Research and Analysis**:

- Conduct keyword research to identify high-value keywords relevant to the business.
- Analyze keyword trends, search volumes, and competition to prioritize target keywords.
- **On-Page Optimization**:

- Optimize website content, meta tags, headings, and other on-page elements for targeted keywords.
- Improve website structure and navigation to enhance user experience and search engine crawlability.
- **Content Optimization**:

- Collaborate with content creators to develop SEO-friendly content that aligns with target keywords and user intent.
- Optimize existing content for search engines by updating meta descriptions, titles, and internal links.
- **Link Building**:

- Implement link building strategies to acquire high-quality backlinks from reputable websites.
- Identify opportunities for guest blogging, influencer outreach, and other link building tactics.
- **Technical SEO**:

- Audit website for technical issues affecting SEO performance, such as crawl errors, site speed, and mobile-friendliness.
- Work closely with web development teams to implement technical SEO recommendations.
- **Performance Monitoring and Reporting**:

- Monitor website traffic, keyword rankings, and other key SEO metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO software.
- Generate regular reports on SEO performance, trends, and insights to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- **Competitor Analysis**:

- Conduct competitive analysis to benchmark performance against industry peers and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and algorithm changes to adapt SEO strategies accordingly.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, computer science, or a related field. Additional certifications in SEO or digital marketing are a plus.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in SEO, digital marketing, or related roles preferred. Experience with SEO tools and analytics platforms is often required.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in SEO best practices, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and link building techniques.
- Familiarity with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog.
- **Analytical Skills**: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- **Communication**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- **Problem-Solving**: Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to identify and address SEO issues.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
