Job Description:
**Responsibilities**:

- Identify potential sponsors and develop a targeted list of companies to approach.
- Contact potential sponsors and present sponsorship opportunities to them.
- Negotiate sponsorship deals and develop customized sponsorship packages to meet the specific needs of each sponsor.
- Coordinate the production of sponsorship promotional content.
- Maintain strong relationships with sponsors, providing them with regular updates and ensuring they receive the agreed-upon benefits.
- Attend events and trade shows to network and promote our company to potential sponsors.
- Track and report on sponsorship revenue and expenses.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales and sponsorship, with a track record of success in securing sponsorship deals.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with sponsors.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong work ethic and a proactive attitude.
- Familiarity with the sponsorship landscape, including industry trends and best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
