- Coordinate and collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent communication across all channels.

2. Internal Communication:

- Facilitate effective communication within the organization, ensuring that employees are well-informed about company news, updates, and policies.
- Develop and implement internal communication plans to enhance employee engagement and morale.
- Manage communication channels such as newsletters, intranet, and team meetings.

3. External Communication:

- Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including media, donors, partners, and the public.
- Draft press releases, statements, and other communication materials to promote positive public relations.
- Monitor and respond to media inquiries, ensuring accurate representation of the organization.

4. Social Media Management:

- Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance the organization's online presence.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, mentions, and engagement opportunities.
- Create and curate content for various social media platforms.

5. Event Planning:

- Plan and coordinate events, conferences, and other engagement activities.
- Ensure seamless execution of events to promote brand visibility and strengthen relationships.

6. Crisis Communication:

- Develop crisis communication plans and protocols to address potential issues.
- Respond promptly and effectively to crises, working to protect the organization's reputation.

7. Measurement and Analytics:

- Implement tools and metrics to measure the effectiveness of communication strategies.
- Analyze data to make informed decisions and continually improve communication efforts.

8. Team Management:

- Supervise and lead a team of communication professionals.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members.

9. Stakeholder Engagement:

- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to support organizational goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment in communication efforts.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
