**Summary**:
This position is responsible for the efficient and safe production of high-quality polyurethane (PU) foam products. You will operate foaming equipment, mix and prepare foam materials, and ensure that all finished products meet the required specifications.

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate and maintain PU foaming equipment, including spray guns, mixing machines, and curing ovens.
- Measure and mix PU foam components according to specified formulas and procedures.
- Monitor foam expansion and adjust pressure settings as needed.
- Inspect finished products for defects and quality control measures.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following all safety protocols for handling chemicals and equipment.
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment and report any malfunctions.
- Assist with other production tasks as required.

**Qualifications**:

- M. Tech in Polymer Engineering required
- Strong understanding of basic chemical principles.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn new skills and procedures.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
