**Job Purpose**:

As Finance Partnering Pure Embedded Staff you will be responsible for supporting the Finance FP&A function across all aspect of the financial planning, scenario planning, impact analysis and management reporting.

**Key responsibilities**:
**Monthly Forecasting**:

- Collaborate with teams to forecast full P&L based on latest updates from commercial and supply chain on a monthly basis.
- Work closely on brand sales growth and margins.
- Review A&P spends with brand managers to ensure spends are maintained within budget & YTG forecasts are aligned with team.
- Prepare regular analysis on all key P&L schedules such as price/volume, gross margin analysis, overheads analysis & freight.
- Track actuals vs forecasts to understand and explain key variances.
- Monitor and report SIT to ensure compliance to distributor norms - highlight deviances vs norms to initiate corrective actions when needed.
- Review all elements of working capital (receivables, inventory, R&R and payables) to ensure latest estimates are captured - highlight risks to trigger corrective actions.
- Responsible to upload full P&L, headcount, working capital & balance sheet items into ERP systems, ensure uploads are aligned to offline forecasts.
- Responsible to restate P&L to actual rates for comparative purposes though journals.
- Ensure schedules completed and submitted to BU in a timely manner.

**3/1 Plan**:

- Support in the development of the annual business strategy and financials. Liaise with commercial, marketing, supply chain and other business functions to build the 3/1 plan.
- Focus on building a detailed volume led P&L using supply chain forecasts, action price increases, cogs changes and G2N inputs by SKU.
- Complete brand and market gross margins for assisting in business analysis.
- Build comparative analysis vs last year/previous plans on all key P&L schedules such as price/volume, gross margin analysis, overheads analysis & freight.
- Responsible to upload the final aligned plan numbers into ERP systems and restate P&L to actual rates for comparative purposes though journals.
- Build all elements of working capital (receivables, inventory, R&R and payables).
- Active participation in preparing and reviewing final presentation with GNE LT for presentation to BU.
- Work with brand team to identify, forecast and report all innovations. Ensure upload into One Tool once aligned.
- Ensure schedules completed and submitted to BU in a timely manner.

**Business Partnering**
- Act as a finance point of contact for other business functions and BU by providing any financial information to ensure financials are considering in every area of business decision making.
- Ensure non-finance functions are regularly updated on financials.
- Collaborating with Brand team to project financial impact of NPDs - play a key role in vetting the P&L for each innovation with the relevant brand manager and upload into Precision.
- Identify and action opportunities for business growth and/or simplification.
