**Duties and Responsibilities**
- To conduct mold trails and production of components (should be able to handle molding activity individually 29&53P)
- Read the mould check list and select the moulding machine for sampling
- Coordinate with Tool assembly and carry out sampling of the tools
- Ensure that the sampling is done as per the standards (including 29P&53P)
- To carry out pilot batch production of moulds if required
- Preparing the utilization report for the section
- Ensure that the samples are moved to Quality department for inspection if required
- Communicate the process related improvement to be done in the mould to the respective designer and also update the mould history card
- Implementing of improvements / technology related to moulding section
- Production parts to be moved to store.
- Any other tasks assigned by Supervisor

**Requirements**:

- Qualification :Diploma from CIPET/Mechanical Engineering
- Position : Molding Operator
- Experience: 2-3 years
- Overview / Purpose of the Job

Day range:

- Monday to Friday

Shift:

- Day shift

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Kochi, Kerala (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Kochi, Kerala: Relocate before starting work (required)
