**Title: Spec, IT (Product Ops)**

**Location: Bangalore**

**Your role**

Baxter is looking for a Spec, IT to join a highly dynamic team, to provide end to end platform support to the mission critical connected healthcare Application.

**What you’ll be doing**
- Responsible to provide end to end infrastructure support and avoid any impact to Business.
- Responsible for implementation of monitoring needed for new product development and feature rollouts.
- Ensure continuous monitoring to proactively identify and resolve issues.
- Responsible to set up dashboards and alerts as necessary for monitoring.
- Handle all production issues related to the platform.
- Responsible to proactively come up with improvements and instrumentations that will proactively identify potential issues.
- Collaboration with stakeholders including DevOps, third parties, Scrum & Delivery teams, and Investigation teams.
- Troubleshoot and identify root causes with mínimal supervision.
- Work with developers, testing team, and peers to design and develop automated solutions and tools for monitoring.
- Responsible for supporting new environments and future roll outs.

**What you’ll bring**
- BE/MCA /M.Scdegree
- Overall experience required:6+ years:

- Experience with Linux system administration and shell scripting.
- Experienced in instrumentation and monitoring trends to identify potential issues.
- Practical experience in multiple Integration message protocols, encryption, and interface performance tuning.
- Conversant in security configurations (SSL, Certificates etc.,).
- Experience of working in a team that delivers a high availability service.
- Experience with tools, such as:

- JIRA for agile planning and issue tracking
- ITSM tools like ServiceNow
- Monitoring tools like AWS CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, Foglight, Grafana, Prometheus, ELK, Splunk etc
- Must be a self-motivator and team player.
- Mentor and lead a team of Junior Platform engineers.
- Able to follow-through on tasks and small projects
- Strong analytical skills and communication skills
- Passionate about continuous learning and keeping up with latest technologies.
- AWS SysOps, Azure Administrator, Kubernetes Administration certification is a plus.
