As the Basel Analytics professional in our Treasury and Chief Investment Office [TCIO] team, you will spend each day defining, refining and delivering set goals for our firm

Basel Measurement & Analytics (BM&A) team is responsible for the calculation and reporting of Risk Weighted Assets (RWA) for FED regulatory reporting. The production team within BM&A manages the RWA calculation & reporting for different products like Derivatives, Wholesale & Retail etc., as per Basel norms

**Responsibilities**:

- Calculate, analyze, and report various components of Basel3 Risk weighted Assets (RWA) as part of FED regulatory reporting
- Prepare commentary for Standardized and Advanced RWA moves
- Coordinating with technology and line of business finance partners to complete the quarter end regulatory submissions
- Contribute towards Basel 4 RWA calculation and strategic implementation
- Support efforts to enhance internal and internal reporting processes from both a sustainability and content perspective
- Assist with preparation of presentation materials and scorecards for various forums across Risk, Finance and Technology
- Assist in identifying, tracking, and resolving data quality issues; Work towards streamlining and improving processes

**Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills**:

- Minimum 4 years of financial or regulatory reporting experience at a large financial institution
- Degree in a Finance, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science or related field; advanced degree a plus
- Experience in Basel3 regulatory capital rules is preferred and Exposure to Basel4 is a plus
- Exposure to financial products like securities and derivatives
- Proficiency in MS Office product suite (Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint) required
