Maintanence Supervisor

Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation
- Carry out inspections of the machinery to identify and resolve issues
- Check mechanical systems of buildings to ensure functionality
- Plan and oversee all mechanical related repair and installation activities
- Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary
- Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance
- Manage relationships with contractors and service providers
- Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities
- Ensure health and safety policies are complied
- Adherence to factory act for safety
- SOPs of Machine
- SOPs of hygiene
- Preventive and Curative maintenance
- Should be available for emergency break down in non working hours as well.
- Take care of any unforeseen issues related to maintenance
Requisite Skills:

- Proven experience of managing maintenance in manufacturing company.
- Experience in planning maintenance operations
- In-depth understanding of technical aspects & working knowledge of various types of
machines (HVAC / Vessel Platform / Gearboxes / Cooling Towers/ Packing machine/
Paper bag shaper machine).
- Working knowledge of facilities machines and equipment
- Ability to keep track of and report on activity
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities
- Should be good in MS Office (Specifically in Advance excel)
- Should be good in people management
- Good in decision making
- Ability to work under pressure
