Pricing Exceutive

**Job Description : Pricing Analyst**
- Source competitive rates based on equipment specifications, customer needs, and service expectations using existing and new carriers.
- Manage the rate inquiry mailbox to ensure all rate requests are quickly and properly auctioned
- Provide competitive spot rates with margin and/or provide alternate solutions if needed.
- To coordinate with Shipping line for sea freight and negotiate for best freight.
- To coordinate with agents for Air Freight and negotiate for best freight.
- To coordinate with overseas agents ,Overseas Partners & office for best rates
- Sending quotes to customers
- Generating new sales queries
- Coordination with Sales team for business coordination
- Coordination with operations, shipping lines/ airlines to manage services. Preparing reports like MIS,

DSO, performance & profitability
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with carriers to secure competitive pricing.
- Other duties and assignments as required
- Maintaining zero error performance

**Skills & Requirements**
- Good problem solving and decision-making skills.
- Minimum Bachelor Degree,
- Minimum 5 to 6-years of relevant experience of working with freight forwarder is must
- High quality written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to adapt to changes in the work environment
- Accurate and able to produce quality work
- Ability to work in teams and open to others’ views

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Experience**:

- **Experience with Freight Forwarder : 5 years (required)**:

- **Must have good experience in MS office**

**Age above 30 + to 35**
