Job Opening - Document Coordination
**Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Conduct documentation work related to company licensing.
- Manage licensing tasks on various portals, ensuring strict adherence to legal compliance.
- Handle amendment work as required.
- Provide status updates within the team and during meetings.
- Communicate effectively with clients to address queries and provide guidance on licensing matters.
- Offer advice to clients regarding business activities and company names.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients through effective communication.
**Requirements**:
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Excellent communication skills and an open, proactive approach.
- Strong command of the English language.
- Background in commerce.
- Familiarity with concepts like MOA, AOA, POA, BR, and Amendments.
- Competent presentation skills.
- **Immediate availability for joining the team.**:
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Pursuing CS (Company Secretary) or possessing an MBA/MCOM or background in commerce.
- Proficient in MS Office/Excel.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Effective communication skills for client interactions.
- Practical experience in handling licensing tasks and related documentation.
