**Experience**:

- Total experience:

- 3 years of experience in a similar hospitality role.
- Minimum experience:

- 2-3 years experience in entry-level position, training will be provided.

Education:

- High school diploma or equivalent.

Skillset:

- Good communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Knowledge of reservation systems and basic computer skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Manage reservations and ensure an efficient seating plan.
- Provide guests with menus and inform them about daily specials.
- Escort guests to their tables and assist in seating arrangements.
- Monitor and manage the dining area to ensure a smooth flow of service.
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen and waitstaff to ensure timely and accurate service.
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the reception and dining areas.
- Assist in coordinating private events and special occasions.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with a calm and composed demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of reservation systems and basic computer skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
