A General Duty Medical Officer (GDMO)/Resident Medical Officer (RMO) plays a crucial role in the healthcare system,

providing general medical care to patients and ensuring the smooth operation of medical facilities.

Key responsibilities include:

- Conducting thorough medical examinations and providing treatment to patients.
- Monitoring patient progress and responding to medical emergencies.
- Managing and supervising junior medical staff, including nurses and technicians.
- Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and maintaining medical records.
- Collaborating with other medical professionals to plan and implement patient care.
- Overseeing the administration of medication and other treatments.
- Participating in continuous education and training to stay updated with the latest medical practices.

These duties are essential for the effective management of patient care

and the efficient operation of medical services. The GDMO/RMO must possess strong clinical skills, leadership qualities, and

the ability to work under pressure in a dynamic healthcare environment.

**Salary**: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
