**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Office Management**:

- Oversee daily office operations and maintain office efficiency.
- Monitor and order office supplies, ensuring adequate inventory levels.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance, repairs, and equipment.
- **Reception and Communication**:

- Greet visitors, clients, and vendors, ensuring a welcoming environment.
- Assist with internal and external communications as needed.
- **Record Keeping and Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate records, files, and databases for easy access and retrieval.
- Manage scheduling, including meetings, appointments, and staff calendars.
- Support in organizing company documents and ensuring confidentiality.
- **Support Staff Operations**:

- Assist HR with onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Support company events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Facilitate team communication and coordinate with various departments for smooth workflow.
- **Administrative Assistance**:

- Provide general administrative support to management and staff.
- Assist with expense reporting, invoicing, and other financial documentation.
- Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks and projects as needed.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.
- **Experience**: 1-3 years of experience in office administration or similar role.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of basic bookkeeping and office management practices.
- Bike is mandatory

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
