Oversees the day-to-day operations of the maintenance department like electrical and plumbing work. Evaluates systems or facilities to determine maintenance or repairs that need to be performed. Assesses building systems to plan work assignments and project schedules. Develops maintenance procedures and schedules.

Perform cleaning activities such as dusting, mopping etc. Perform minor fixes such as repairing broken locks, filling gaps on walls etc. Check control panels and electrical wiring to identify issues. Install appliances and equipment. Do garden/yard upkeep by mowing lawn, collecting trash etc.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
