**Role Overview**:
Exhibitions India Group is seeking a seasoned E-mail Marketing professional to spearhead our E-mail marketing campaigns.

This position will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing end-to-end E-mail marketing campaigns i.e., increasing E-mail ROI.

**Objectives of this role**
- Increase brand visibility and awareness
- Improve participation i.e., click-through rate
- Lead conversion - Increase positive affirmations and generate buzz among visitors/audience for the expo. & keep the target audience engaged
- Increase IP reputation
- Gain valuable business data
- Track the right metrics

**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to,**
- Execute E-mail marketing campaign(s) using a blend of strategic E-mail tactics.
- Check the E-mails id and domains for spam
- Should have sound knowledge of Domain and E-mail Blocklisting.
- Should have knowledge of Real-time blacklist, DNSBL or RBL, Spamhaus
- Continuous effort to increase the Domain Authority
- Must have worked upon TPA for E-mailer like MailChimp/Brevo/Benchmark/
- Generate leads and increase subscriber count via these campaigns
- Ensure that E-mail design and layout are optimized, user-friendly and mobile-friendly
- Consistently test every campaign’s success
- Work with the content team for E-mail content. Make sure E-mails are grammatically correct and have consistent branding every time
- Ensure E-mails clarify the Call-to-Action (CTA) and have concise E-mail copy
- Upgrade the E-mail templates using graphics, personalization, and advanced features
- Ensure prompt and accurate communication with clients via E-mail to minimize unsubscribes
- Create E-mail databases for lead generation
- Review campaign effectiveness via statistical analysis and suggest improvements
- Ensure E-mails follow industry policies / best practices and regulations

**Requirements and skills**
- 8-10 years of proven experience as an E-mail marketer.
- Graduate from a relevant stream
- Proficiency in marketing automation technology
- Knowledge of SEO/SEM and Google Analytics
- Familiarity with analytical and database tools
- Excellent written communication and copywriting skills
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
- Should be able to work under tight deadlines
- Stable Work History: should have a consistent commitment, longevity in roles, and mínimal job changes
- Preference will be given to immediate joiner.

- 5 days working - Monday to Friday

- Job Type - Work from office - regular office hours.
- Location - Okhla Phase III (nearest Metro station - Okhla NSIC - Purple line and Govindpuri - Purple line) 10 mins distance from there.

Specialist, E-mail Blocklisting

Established in 1987, the Exhibitions India Group (EIG) is a leading trade promotion organisation that acts as an interface between government, industry, media, academia, etc. The Group creates opportunities for trade promotion, networking, encouraging investments, joint ventures and technology transfers through the platform of international exhibitions and conferences.

EIG has organised over 100 international trade shows since inception, including the creation of some of the longest running and most impactful exhibitions in India. EIG also represents 100+ exhibitions worldwide in various industry segments, and facilitates Indian Exporters to participate in overseas exhibitions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
