Duties:

- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate person or department
- Provide information to callers and visitors about the company and its services
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff members
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed

**Requirements**:

- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient handling of phone calls, visitors, and appointments
- Previous experience in jewelry sales, electronics sales, technical sales, or wireless sales is a plus
- Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
