Nursing Staff

Pransutra Hospital is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our dedicated healthcare team. As a pivotal member of our nursing staff, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality patient care and ensuring positive outcomes for all individuals under our care.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional nursing care to patients in accordance with established protocols and standards of practice.
- Assess patient health status and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
- Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and perform routine procedures as required.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including nursing assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
- Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, and self-care techniques.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and facilitate optimal outcomes.
- Respond promptly and effectively to emergent situations, ensuring the safety and well-being of patients at all times.
- Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements to uphold standards of care and compliance.
- Participate in ongoing professional development activities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

- Valid nursing license issued by the state regulatory board.
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Proven experience working as a Registered Nurse in a healthcare setting.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care.

Pay: ₹6,086.00 - ₹15,329.35 per month
